The Perth Recreational Ice Hockey Club (PRIHC) was founded with a singular, compelling vision: to serve the interests of veteran players who, despite having moved beyond the full-contact ferocity of competitive ice hockey, remain deeply passionate about the sport and yearn for a relaxed, recreational outlet. Our ethos emphasizes the joy of participation, favoring the values of camaraderie, conviviality, and enjoyment above all else.
Our organization offers a well-structured and affordable alternative to the more intense IIHF-sanctioned state league, presenting a respectable standard of game play without the inherent pressures of competitive sport. The "PRIHC League" is built on the foundations of healthy competition, fostering relationships between players in a non-checking environment that is both safe and enjoyable.
